Part-time Training & Marketing Administrator (EDP Training Ltd)

We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Training & Marketing Administrator to provide events co-ordination and efficient and effective administrative and marketing support for established mental health training provider EDP Training Ltd. The role holder will be required to spend some time at the Head Office in Easton, Bristol (subject to Covid restrictions), and there is flexibility for some home working too.

As Training & Marketing Administrator you will support the Director in developing and implementing EDP Training’s marketing and communications strategies and plans. A key part of the role will be to produce compelling promotional content and materials across a number of marketing channels e.g. newsletters, blogs, social media, and websites, and support the coordination and marketing of training courses. The role will also involve ensuring course and booking information is up to date and consistent across all platforms.

The role will naturally require liaison with a range of stakeholders, including clients, Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England, and Associates, to support the day-to-day delivery of our mental health training programmes. We are looking to move some of our courses online in 2021 and the role holder will support implementation of this. There will be opportunities to get involved in new projects as they come up, so a can-do attitude and enthusiasm to take on new things is essential. This role will evolve over time with the right person in the position.

Experience of working within mental health
Experience of working with the following systems: WordPress websites, Canva, Mailchimp (or similar), online learning platforms (e.g. Thinkific, Teachable), Eventbrite, social media scheduling tools (e.g. Hootsuite).

Salary: £21,000-23,000 per annum pro rata

Job Type: 16 hours per week (equivalent to 2 days, but hours flexible). 6 month fixed term contract, with view to going permanent.
