Make sure you take the time to raise awareness and also talk. Whether your in a workplace or educational setting taking the time to talk about mental health is important and can really help someone get things off their chest which they may have been keeping in for far too long.
👂Make sure you practice LISTENING. Listening non-judgmentally and without interrupting and give someone the space to be heard empathetically.
